Design Collision engaged Discus to deliver signage and graphics as part of the promotion and construction activities associated with Blackburne’s The Grove Residences development.

Situated in Claremont, The Grove Residences are luxury residences nestled between the river and the sea with bespoke architecture and elegant interior design.

We delivered a range of signage items to reflect the exceptional nature and quality of the residences, including a premium fitout of the sales office.

We worked with the creative agency and the client on the provision of a range of signage formats that included lightboxes, hoarding, wall and window graphics, hanging panels and framed prints.

Some of the work was executed in stages, with our team working to quick turnarounds for each stage. The sales offices graphics and signage were completed within 3 days, in time for launch.

Following the completion of the initial rollout, Discus was later re-engaged to roll out a graphics update across the signage mediums as part of their promotional strategy.

Sales office

Previously an office space, The Grove Residences sales office provided a large area to work with, allowing for a range of signage formats to be implemented.

A printed fabric lightbox provided a key feature in the centre of the sales office. Recessed into the wall for a flush finish, the 2.5 x 1.8m lightbox illuminates renders of the development that have been printed with photographic definition. The lightbox allows for the updating of graphics with replacement fabric skins.

To create additional promotional space, we produced framed SEG fabric graphics and hung these from the ceiling.

We produced and installed a series of wall graphics within the sales office. To create depth and interest on the walls we delivered 6mm acrylic letters and framed artist impression prints. The differing levels of depth on the walls create premium features that add to the overall quality execution of the space.


External signage

We delivered a series of signage formats to both the exterior areas of the sales office and the construction site.

This included 160m of premium hoarding graphics to the perimeter of the site.

An oversize hoarding sign featured on the corner of the hoarding, acting as a promotional billboard space. The sign was 12690 x 4190 and was engineered, constructed and installed by our team.

To the exterior of the sales office, we produced and installed lightboxes to the roof and frosted window graphics to the glazing. We also reskinned an existing pylon lightbox located in the car park.


The outcome is a suite of high-quality signage and graphics that justly reflects the premium nature of The Grove Residences.

The high-spec sales office provides an exceptional visitor experience effectively communicating the opulence of the development with attention to the finest details.

All exterior signage elements have been delivered to a high standard to appropriately promote The Grove Residences.
