THE BRIEF
The Agency, a well-regarded and bespoke group of real estate professionals, engaged Discus to design, produce and install a feature wall graphic for their new Wembley office at 149B Jersey Street.
Our design brief was to use an aerial photo capturing their Perth target area allowing visiting clients to pick out their house from the image!
The feature wall was a raw brick area, and they asked wether we could do it in such a way that they wouldn’t have to spend time and money sheeting and preparing the wall first.
WHAT WE DELIVERED
Our design studio sourced an extremely high-resolution aerial photo from Landgate which formed the basis of the design.
As the feature wall was raw brick, we provided a cost effective production and installation solution that negated having to sheet and prepare the wall first.
We printed the wall graphic on a durable matt-laminated self-adhesive vinyl and applied to ACM panels which were fixed directly to the existing brick wall
THE RESULT
The feature wall graphic makes an impressive statement in The Agency’s Wembley office.
It’s created an engaging talking point with clients who love to pick out their homes and Perth landmarks and features.
