RIVEAN AND BLOOM SALES OFFICES
THE BRIEF
The team at Design Collision engaged Discus to produce and install a range of signage required for a co-branded sales office fitout.
Rivean Residences and Bloom Residences are luxury, boutique residences on Broadway in Nedlands.
The signage execution needed to help create a cohesive space that was reflective of the quality of the residences with a key requirement being a quick turnaround for the client.
WHAT WE DELIVERED
Working with the team at Design Collision, we delivered a range of signage formats used to showcase artist’s impressions, location aerial photography and lifestyle aspects of Rivean and Bloom Residences.
We produced and installed a series of wall graphics to the large open plan sales office.
To add further interest to the walls we applied acrylic logo lettering and stretched canvas prints with floating frames. This helped to create dimension while reflecting the premium nature of the residences.
A key signage feature is a double-sided silicone edge graphic fabric. We printed direct to the fabric and custom framed it before suspending it from the ceiling. The hanging panel not only created a new promotional medium but helped to divide the Rivean and Bloom areas of the sales office.
Discus delivered a quick turnaround with all signage being installed over 2 days.
THE RESULT
Beautifully designed by Design Collision, a cohesive yet individualised space has been created to promote both Rivean and Bloom Residences.
The signage and graphics have been executed to a high standard indicative of the quality of the properties.
Both the creative agency and the client are happy with the professionally presented sales office.
