We had the pleasure of working with PEET to deliver a complete land development signage suite for Brabham Estate – a connected, vibrant, master-planned community located on the doorstep of the Swan Valley.

Discus facilitated the project management, fabrication, production and installation of all signage formats for the new estate, including external sales office signage, promotional billboards, entry and wayfinding signs and fence mesh.

The project required a well-coordinated approach to deliver the comprehensive signage suite to meet launch deadline.


We worked closely with PEET’s marketing team to recommend signage solutions to meet Brabham’s requirements.

Artwork was designed by creative agency 303 MullenLowe. Discus worked to ensure the integrity and consistency of the Brabham brand translated through the signage in way of quality and colour accuracy.

A 5 x 4m illuminated pylon sign is a key signage item we executed for the sales office. Featuring acrylics, the sign creates a spectacular 3-D effect with the B and Brabham illuminating via LED lighting. With Brabham estate committed to sustainability, we helped meet PEET’s brief by using an external power source hook-up to the sales office solar panels.

Another signature piece to the sales office is the big B – a custom made fully fabricated acrylic B. The sheer size coupled with the quality execution creates for an impressive entry to the sales office.

Inside, we produced and installed a custom made B and Brabham using polystyrene and painted acrylic face with rods to bolt through a display cabinet.

Another remarkable signage piece is a monumental 8 x 4m V-sign billboard we designed, fabricated and installed at the major intersection of Youle Dean Road & Lord Street. Not your average V-sign, it features two 2.5m high fully fabricated acrylic B’s that are internally lit via LED lighting and powered by solar panels. The result is a 3 dimensional V-sign billboard that makes an impressive statement while providing 24hr promotional exposure in a key high traffic area.

We also constructed and installed a series of other billboards in 6 x 3m and 4 x 2m formats, providing promotional and informational mediums for the estate.

Discus also produced and installed an entry pylon, flags, and series of wayfinding signs for Brabham.
