FORREST CHASE REDEVELOPMENT HOARDING
JLL FOR ISPT
THE BRIEF
ISPT’s $100 million redevelopment of the iconic Forrest Chase precinct will elevate the centre to a premium shopping, dining and lifestyle destination.
Discus was commissioned to complete the all-important hoarding signage requirements for the project.
Our meticulous project management was required to execute the delivery and install of 900 linear metres of hoarding over a 6 – 8 week period.
With months of pre-planning, the project required a well-coordinated approach with several key parties, to minimise the impact on key stakeholders including retailers.
It also demanded quick turn around times to respond to changing requirements.

WHAT WE DELIVERED
Our sign services installation team, well orientated with the site and requirements, worked around the clock to minimise disruption to trade and works.
The majority of hoarding signage was printed direct to aluminium composite panel with anti-graffiti laminate coat, though we produced a range of other products suited to different site areas including:
- Speciality High Tack vinyl
- Window graphics applied to shop-front glass
- Sail track banners
- Floor graphics
THE RESULT
High quality hoarding that delivers important way-finding messages while creating awareness of the one the City’s biggest retail redevelopments has been achieved.
The full colour graphics have been reproduced to photographic standard, executed with precision installation and delivered in a timely and well-managed manner.
Our client and related parties are thrilled with the results.
