THE BRIEF
When TPG and Place Match merged to make Element, an urban strategy advisory firm, they engaged Discus to help them create their own urban place – at 191 St Georges Terrace.
Our brief was to work with their graphic designer to fitout their new architecturally designed corporate office with signage, window and wall graphics.
Element wanted to effectively reflect their new brand and mission and create an inspiring place for clients and staff ready for launch.
WHAT WE DELIVERED
We conducted site visits for measure-up, to inspect surfaces and suggest ideas.
The walls had been recently painted with a ‘wash n wear’ which typically repels self-adhesive vinyl. We overcame this by using a High Tack vinyl product.
Precision install was required for wall graphics which extended over stairway walls and for vinyl cut small text.
We used a premium optically clear window film to create privacy for 7 meeting rooms. The wave design was reverse mounted to the glass.
We used 10mm acrylic laser cut to shape logos for reception areas.
Installation took place over quieter times through the business day to ensure minimum disruption to the office.

Elements urban home is a space that resonates with the company’s mission, creating a place that is engaging and inspiring for clients and staff.
The high-end graphic fitout was delivered on budget and on time for launch, and exceeded the client’s expectations.
