THE BRIEF
Simsai Construction Group commissioned us to rejuvenate their corporate office building signage in Osborne Park.
The brief was to deliver high quality, long-term signage to fit within the allocated budget.
WHAT WE DELIVERED
After a full site measure, we presented several different options and quotes.
We removed the existing signage and replaced it with 5 year vinyl and 7 year gloss laminate exterior applied to aluminium composite panels and installed directly to the façade.
We installed solar lights to provide 24hr exposure for Simsai Construction Group’s four sub brands.
We built a billboard frame to one side of the building allowing Simsai Construction Group the ability to communicate current sales promotions.
THE RESULT
Simsai Construction Group have refreshed building signage built to provide longevity and around the clock exposure on the busy Scarborough Beach Rd.
