Justin joins our fitout team bringing a wealth of design and construction expertise to his role as Project Manager.

With a background in drafting, joinery and construction project management, Justin brings a unique edge to our commercial graphic fitout team.

His extensive understanding of the design process brings clarity and efficiency to Perth’s design community, where he works collaboratively to help ensure their design intent is realised.

“I help guide Interior Designers & Architects through possibilities of their project outcomes. Understanding the design vision and then guiding our clients through the most efficient manufacturing and installation processes is an important part of my role,” says Justin.

As Project Manager, Justin also oversees the design, print production, signage manufacture and installation processes for his client’s new builds and interior fitouts.

Having worked on varying scales and densities in construction means Justin has broad construction knowledge and is well adept at interpreting building plans and programs.

He works closely with project builders and site contractors to ensure Discus’ signage and graphics are delivered to the highest standard, on time and on budget.

Justin says the most rewarding part of his role are the conversations with Perth’s unique and trend setting design industry.

“My role has me be a silent partner in what ultimately shapes the spaces we all live, work and connect in.”
